Terms of service
Last updated: 30 October 2026
These terms apply when you use VirtualPA at mypa.services.
They add to the Braivex Terms and Conditions, which also apply.
If these terms and the Braivex Terms and Conditions differ, these terms apply for VirtualPA.
Our privacy notice explains how we use personal data.
Who we are
VirtualPA is run by Hemant Sain, trading as Braivex, a sole proprietor in India.
In these terms, "we", "us" and "Braivex" mean him.
- Legal name: Hemant Sain, trading as Braivex.
- Address: Yog Nagar, 60 Feet Road, Alwar, Rajasthan 301001, India.
- Email: support@braivex.com.
- Customer care phone: +91 80585 89200.
What VirtualPA does
VirtualPA, also called BriefSieve, builds a daily marketing brief for your business.
It uses the accounts you connect and public social media, search trend and advertising data.
It also offers the AI Guru, alerts, an inbox and calendar view, and drafted replies for customer support.
Results depend on the services you connect and on public sources, so they can be incomplete or out of date.
Your account and workspace
You sign in to VirtualPA with your email address and password.
You must be 18 or over and able to make a binding contract.
If you use VirtualPA for a business, you confirm that you are allowed to accept these terms for it.
Keep your password secure, and tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account.
You are responsible for what happens in your workspace, including what the team members you invite do.
Accounts you connect
Connect only accounts you are allowed to connect.
The terms of each service you connect, such as Shopify, Meta, Amazon, Google or TikTok, apply to your use of it.
Disconnecting an account in Settings revokes its stored token and stops new data being pulled from it.
We are not responsible for services run by other companies.
Briefs, drafts and AI output
Briefs, AI Guru answers and reply drafts are written by AI and can be wrong.
Check them before you publish, send or act on them.
Support replies stay as drafts unless you turn on automatic sending for a category.
VirtualPA does not give legal, financial or other professional advice.
Prices and payment
Prices are in US dollars and are shown on the pricing page and on your Billing page.
Dodo Payments sells VirtualPA plans and credit packs to you as merchant of record.
It takes the payment, issues the invoice and adds any VAT, sales tax or GST that applies at checkout.
Dodo Payments' buyer terms also apply to your purchase.
We never see your full card number.
The free trial gives you a set number of credits for a set number of days, with no card needed, as the pricing page shows.
AI features use credits.
Plan credits are added each month and do not roll over.
Credits from a top-up pack last 12 months.
If a payment fails, we may pause paid features until it is paid, and we tell you before we do.
If we change a price, we tell you at least 30 days before the new price applies to your next renewal.
You can cancel before then.
Renewal and cancelling
Plans renew automatically at the end of each month or year until you cancel.
You can cancel at any time on your Billing page or by emailing support@braivex.com.
To avoid the next charge, cancel at least 48 hours before your renewal date.
When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for.
We do not charge a fee for cancelling.
Refunds and your right to cancel
If you are a consumer in the UK or the EU, you can cancel within 14 days of buying a subscription and get a refund.
If you asked for access straight away and then cancel within the 14 days, we may keep an amount for the service you received before you cancelled.
To use this right, email support@braivex.com.
Section 9 of the Braivex Terms and Conditions explains this right in full.
Anyone can also ask for a refund within 14 days of a payment, using Request refund on the Billing page.
We review each of these requests, and we give one per customer.
Outside these cases, we do not refund a billing period that has started, unless the law or the Braivex Terms and Conditions give you a refund.
Refunds are paid by Dodo Payments to the card or account you paid with.
If you think you have been charged in error, please tell us as soon as you can.
If the app is faulty or not as described, you have legal rights, and nothing in these terms affects them.
Suspension, closing VirtualPA and changes to these terms
We may suspend or end your access in the cases set out in section 16 of the Braivex Terms and Conditions, such as a serious breach of these terms or unpaid fees.
Where it is reasonable, we warn you first and give you a chance to put things right.
If we decide to close VirtualPA, we give you at least 30 days' notice and refund any fees you have paid for the time after it closes.
If we change these terms in a way that materially affects you, we email you at least 30 days before the change applies to your next billing period.
If you do not agree with the change, you can cancel before then.
Our liability
Our liability to you is set out in section 18 of the Braivex Terms and Conditions.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability where the law does not allow us to limit it.
If you are a consumer, your legal rights are not affected.
