Data deletion request

This page describes how to request deletion of data VirtualPA holds, including data obtained via connected platforms (e.g. Meta).

Signed-in users

If you have a VirtualPA account, you can delete your data yourself. Go to Settings → delete account. This is an admin-level action (your right to erasure) and wipes your tenant's data, including the records listed below.

Anyone else

If you do not have an account — or your data was obtained through a platform you connected to VirtualPA (such as Meta or Facebook) — email our privacy contact at hemant@braivex.com and ask us to delete your data. Please include your account email address or another identifying detail so we can locate the relevant records.

What gets deleted

When a deletion request is actioned, we remove:

  • Your account and its tenant (organisation).
  • KPI snapshots held for your tenant.
  • Connected-integration tokens stored for your tenant.
  • Customer order records in our `commerce_*` tables, which hold a hashed

(not raw) email rather than the email address itself.

  • Customer Support data synced from connected helpdesk and CRM platforms —

support tickets and conversations, contacts, companies, and sales deals. Any contact details we hold are stored encrypted, and contacts are matched by a hashed (not raw) email.

Timeframe

We action deletion requests within 30 days of receiving them.

Disconnecting an integration

Disconnecting an integration in Settings revokes its stored token. This stops further data being pulled from that platform, separately from any account-wide deletion request.
