- What is a credit?
- Credits pay for the AI and paid data work VirtualPA does for you. One credit is about US$0.01 of AI or data cost. A daily brief is 7 credits, a support reply draft 3, a council answer 6; an AI Guru question is billed on its actual cost — typically about 4.
- What happens when I run out?
- AI features pause — your dashboards and data keep working. Top up any time (1,000 credits for US$55) or move up a plan. Your plan's credits renew every month, annual plans included.
- Can I cancel or get a refund?
- Cancel any time from Billing or by emailing support@braivex.com, at least 48 hours before your renewal date to avoid the next charge. You keep access to the end of the period you paid for, and there is no cancellation fee. You can request a refund within 14 days of a payment (one refund per customer); each request is reviewed by our team.
- Which currency and taxes?
- Prices are in US dollars. VAT or sales tax is added at checkout by our payment partner, Dodo Payments, who act as merchant of record.
